Default Nightly Rate

This is the base rate charged for any night that does not have a specific override below.

Cleaning Fee & Taxes

The cleaning fee is flat and does not change with the number of nights. Taxes are calculated on the nightly subtotal plus the cleaning fee, shown to guests as separate line items so the total is never a surprise.
